In February 2016, two Aveda Institute Minneapolis Educators had the opportunity to assist backstage at New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2016.
Teri Cipowski, Cosmetology Manager and Lori Hooper, Esthiology Educator did makeup for several shows alongside the Aveda team and below are some images from their experience.
Lori says, “It was truly was an experience of a lifetime. Working with makeup artist from all over the country and being sharing our passion for Aveda makeup while creating runway worthy looks was incredible. As an educator at AIM this has allowed me to take my experience and bring back to the students and hopefully inspire them to follow their passion & dreams just like I did to work for Aveda at Fashion Week.”
